We begin each project with a five-day, ‘boots on the ground’ 5-day assessment which will benchmark against best practice, identify areas for improvement and assist with prioritisation where multiple challenges are in play. This gives our clients the option to deliver the project themselves or trigger Circle Consultancy to manage it.
