WHERE WE BEGAN

CSR Group's journey began over a decade ago, rooted in our MD's extensive experience in the food manufacturing sector. Recognising a gap in the market, Luke envisioned a new kind of talent partner – one that works hand-in-hand with clients, forging partnerships to achieve mutual goals. Despite launching during the challenging times of COVID-19, CSR Group emerged stronger, demonstrating resilience and adaptability. The team has since grown, and our areas of expertise have expanded beyond our initial focus. Now, we proudly encompass specialist sectors like engineering and life sciences, with further expansion on the horizon. This expanding story highlights our dedication to evolving in step with our clients' needs and the changing demands of the industries we cater to.
